Gomocha offers the "Gomocha Proposal Service," which can be used in combination with the Scheduler. Gomocha Proposal Service enables review of Field Service availability, without an order or activity being known to the Scheduler database. These requests are called "proposals." Using the Gomocha Proposal Service, the available time slots are shown and the customer can pick any of them. Gomocha integrates this service into the Call Intake module of your back office (ERP) package and with the "Customer Portal." Customer service employees and customers alike can use this integration to set up an appointment themselves, requiring no intervention from the planners.
