FMP360 consists of different components, each of which will be explained during training. FMP360 training starts with explaining the vision behind the product and demonstrating how you can best make use of it. The next step is to focus on the different components: the planning process, the mobile app and the different “Designers” that are built into FMP360. After training is complete, customers are able to work with all the different components.
There is also follow-up training for those who need it. For example, functional managers and operational staff often request a session during which the Workflow Designer and the data model behind the workflow are explained in more detail. Training takes one day and can be conducted at your office or in the Gomocha training room.
